Return Policy


30 Days Return Policy for most products


Atreo Store values relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from, and fulfilled by Atreo Store. Under this policy, you may return to Atreo Store, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from Atreo Store for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

 

For orders purchase from Atreo Store, but the order is fulfill by Amazon.com (FBA orders), please contact Amazon.com directly.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:
- All return for refund must be returned post mark within 30 days from date of purchase.
- You may return items that are unopened, in new condition, original condition with original product packaging for a refund, less the shipping fee have paid to the order.
- Customer may now return without requesting RMA number. Please provide order number, description of item(s) to return, reason to return and other information you may wish to disclose about the return.
- You may return item(s) in its original condition, in new packaging only. Restocking fee (15%-25% depending on the return condition) may apply for any opened item. We reserve the right to refuse return if the return condition does not meet the requirement.
- Items that are open and over 14 days from date of delivery, maybe eligible for return to warranty exchange only.
- All return request must be requested within 30 days of delivery of a shipment.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of our error.


We do not accept returns of:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing any parts
- Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we will not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Customer should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
- Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back.

Defective Item:
- If the item is defective within the first 30 days of order (from date of purchase), we will send replacement at no extra cost for customer.

- Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact us for details.

Item(s) that are non-returnable:
- Any items that are opened and over 14 days from date of delivery. We will accept these return for warranty exchange, but not for refund.
- Hygienic and Personal item(s), including but not limited to cosmetic, hair-care, personal care, earphone, headset, Bluetooth headset and more that are open from its packaging or broken factory seals. We are unable to restock the item(s) as the due to hygienic issues. We will accept return if the items are in its original packaging.
